Employed as a construction engineer, structural engineer 1970 to 1972
Own engineering office for structural planning in Deggendorf 1972 to 1975
Post-graduate studies in economics and sociology at the LMU in Munich 1975 to 1979
Own engineering bureau for construction technology in Munich 1980 to 1992, main emphasis on structural engineering, approx. 15 employees, structural planning for international architects (e.g. M.O.C. from Helmut Jahn)
Foundation of the WPG weichinger projekt entwicklung gmbh with headquarters in Deggendorf 1992 (the company was suspended after appointment of Investa, see below)
Managing Partner of the Investa Ingenieurgesellschaft GmbH 1992 to 1998
General Manager of the Investa Projektentwicklung GmbH Munich 1994 to 1998
1999 until today Managing Partner of WPG weichinger projekt entwicklung gmbh as well as its subsidiaries and associated companies.
