WPG weichinger projekt entwicklung gmbh has been developing office and housing real estate since 1992. In this time, we have been able to plan, realise and rent up to 250,000 m². We have also sold a project volume of close to EURO 500 million to final investors. As developers and providers of individual and conclusive real estate concepts we have established our position, together with our joint venture partners, with our high standards in terms of the function, economy and organisation of our products.
We also offer our competence and experience as a service to third parties, supplying our customers and partners with individual real estate products and services – commercial and legal, technical and creative – from initial ideas through to conception, implementation and the marketing.
