THE TRI CONTI PROJECT:
THREE STYLISH OFFICE VILLAS IN A HISTORIC SETTING
In Ludwigsvorstadt, a district adjoining the old town of Munich, WPG weichinger projekt entwicklung gmbh joined forces with Baywobau Bauträger AG to acquire three office buildings, parts of which have now been comprehensively refurbished and modernised.
The classical bourgeois villa in Mozartstrasse is in a particularly high-profile location and offers an unspoilt view of Theresienwiese and the Bavaria statue. Built in 1907, the villa now offers office space on two floors with two further floors of residential apartments. The imposing 1970s building in Beethovenstrasse stands out from its surroundings due to its striking and clearly articulated architecture. Its five above-ground floors have been completely redeveloped for use as office and administrative areas.
The converted listed villa on Beethovenplatz was built in 1898, and is very impressive in its sublime location. The building has been extensively restored and modernised. It offers a classic office setup over four floors in a stylish setting.
