THE PARK.GATE COMPLEX IN MUNICH’S PARKSTADT SCHWABING DISTRICT:
A BUSINESS ADDRESS WITH A FUTURE
A new neighbourhood is emerging on a former industrial site in Munich’s Schwabing district, a neighbourhood offering work, residential and leisure opportunities in a park-like setting. WPG weichinger projekt entwicklung gmbh developed the overall concept for this project, while the two office buildings were realised in cooperation with joint venture partners IKB-Deutsche Industriebank and Baywobau Bauträger AG.
In a desirable location with excellent transport links, Park.Gate, with its two complexes of buildings, forms the gateway to a first-class business environment. The architectural team under André Perret has created a powerful realisation of the high expectations associated with modern office use and a successful creative synthesis of flexibility, transparency and elegant clarity.
Whether classic cubicle design, open-plan solution or a combination of the two, any variant can be realised with ease here. Each floor offers up to 3,500 m² of cohesive office space and can be optimally divided into eight separate rental units.
